“I'm disappointed with the service at H Samuel. I purchased a wedding double stack ring back in September and bought out insurance; at the time, I was informed it covers the complete set; now that I want to use my ring resize voucher, I'm being told that it will only cover one ring, how does that even make sense, it's a double stack ring how can I resize one and not the other, absolutely ridiculous ring policy. If a ring is bought as a set, surely it should cover the complete set. H Samuel, you should train your staff, particularly at the Huddersfield and Bradford store. I told them that when I purchased the rings, I was told they covered both, and the staff said they couldn't do anything now. Is that how you deal with customers? Appalling! They have no idea what service they are offering and are scamming people. A jewellery shop I would not recommend, and will be sharing my experience with others”

“I was really let down by Ernest Jones after being a loyal customer over the years and after a recommendation from a friend who had an eternity ring made I went to H Samuel’s. I had amazing service and advice from Anthea, the Store Manager at the Fareham branch regarding my eternity ring resizing and evaluation. I will definitely use their services again if I need anything in the future. Thank you Anthea.”

“Hello Gemma I loved coming back to your shop H Samuel, the 1st time coming there was nearly a year ago, and I came back today 4/5/2024 to have my ears pierced 3 times, you always put me at ease , you took such care with everything, many thanks, hope to see you soon, PS hope you get your new car x”

“Wonderful experience. My wife and I visited the Canterbury shop last Friday to buy a watch for her birthday.We were served by Moira who gave us her full attention and we benefited from her knowledge with her showing us many watches within our price range. Needless to say, my wife chose a watch of her choice. Marvellous !! Thank you very much Moira.....we shall certainly be back.”

“My little girl had her ears pierced today at h.Samuel, she had her first one done and refused to have her second done. Aisha the lady who pieced them was absolutely lovely with my little girl so kind and gentle and made my little girl feel at ease she had the second one done some time after. Also the prices was good with good quality studs and made sure everything was sterile for her piercing would definitely recommend. X”

“Excellent Service very friendly staff and very helpful. Had a clasp put on an antique bracelet my Great Grand father had made and inscribed in WW1. It was valuable in sentimental value and they took great care with it. Their expertise in knowing not to polishing it would damage the bracelet. A new clasp was attached to make it safer to wear. Highly recommended.”
