“One of my drivers was retiring and I thought it would be a lovely surprise for him and his wife to receive something different as a retirement gift - I opted for one of the Tower hampers - just for its visual presence really. The service and delivery is outstanding .. when I ordered, I automatically assumed the delivery would be next day (we are spoilt with such quick turn around times these days) and when it came to "checkout" the delivery was going to be a day later than I ideally wanted. I continued with the order and sent a message to Hampergifts - and within 1 hour I had a response and my hamper was dispatched almost instantly - fabulous service,. As for the goods - well I don't know .. I didn't open them as they were a gift for someone else - but the visual impact was very arresting .. maybe I was expected the boxes to be slightly larger that would make the theatre of them even more memorable. But on the whole - super service. I will definitely order more from them”

“I bought this as a gift for my Auntie’s 90th Birthday. It was the perfect gift, she was over the moon with the presentation and the contents. It was delivered when promised by a lovely delivery man and really contributed to making her special day even more special. You made an old lady very happy, we’ll done. I’m so glad I found your site.”

“Excellent customer service. Spoke with someone over the phone a few weeks ago and he was polite and very helpful. The selection of wine and chocolate hampers are excellent and of good quality. Ordered with the site twice now and the packages were delivered on time on both occasions.”

“Disappointed. We scheduled for a gift to be delivered 16 Oct morning for Bosses DAY and made arrangements for someone to collect. It only reached the recipient 17 Oct afternoon. No specific reasons for delay provided. The whole point of buying online is to have present delivered punctually. Quite Embarrassing situation.”

We are very sorry to learn of this delay We've checked the DPD tracking and unfortunately the driver was unable to complete all deliveries on 16th Oct due to an abnormally large load. The parcel therefore went out for delivery the next day and was succesfully delivered at 10.30am. Please accept our sincere apologies. Hampergifts Team

“I bought this for my 86 year old grandfather for his birthday, he was very pleased with it so far (he has only opened the top box) My auntie has also told him to keep the pretty boxes/packaging as she wants to reuse them. the delivery was as scheduled. I am very pleased with the product. I will be ordering from the company again for Christmas.”

“Beautifullly presented hamper which my friend absolutely loved. I took advantage of the sale price which was appreciated. The only negative aspect was the time it was actually delivered. It didn't arrive until around 5 pm on my friend's birthday and I was worried it wasn't going to be delivered on time.”

“Ordering a gift hamper from Montreal, Canada to be delivered in Scotland was a breeze! They answered my questions quickly and the gift hamper was delivered on time, at the right location! I haven't seen it (wine and cheese gift basket) but the receipient loved it and all those who saw it told me it was fabulous!!”
