“Have used Hampergifts several years running and am more than happy with the service. It has always been delivered on time and on the day they sent you an actual time slot. My slot was between 11.24-12.24 and the hamper was delivered 4 minutes after the initial time (11.28). I can't comment on the quality of the basket as I have always ordered it as a gift but the recipients have always expressed their pleasure at receiving it as a present.”

Hi Diana, Thank you for your feedback! Please note that DPD will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day we dispatch. They will then send you an email on your delivery date with your 1hr delivery window They do not send another email again to confirm delivery..... however if you click on the "SHOW MY OPTIONS" button from either notification email you can track the progress, right up to delivery! Dear Customer Thank you for your review. This Gift Tower should have 21 items in total, including 9 award winning treats and a bottle of wine. Could you please check this is the case? We pack all our gifts with sizzle paper and bubble wrap to ensure the contents arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately we have been unable to find your details on our system.
