“My wife recommended this as she'd used it previously. I was looking for an affordable gesture to send to a supplier who I wanted to reward for good service. The range of items was good, the internet service very user-friendly & it was all backed up by parcel tracking ...so I knew that the hamper had been safely delivered. Faultless really! :)”

“This was an extra Birthday present for my Daughter-in-Law and she has told me that she is very pleased with the products and the pretty design, although the bath container, instead of being used for perhaps candles, has been taken over my granddaughter to use as a Barbie bath!”

“The hamper was great but delivery not so good . They didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver it was supposed to be a surprise but I had to tell my sister which was annoying all the stars are just for the hamper itself she loved it”

“Very happy with both the service and the product. Website was easy to use, with useful information on it. I ordered online at lunchtime, and then called (just before 1pm), and was indeed able to have the product delivered the next day, rather than 2 days - great as it was a birthday present I was behind in sorting out! Gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. And the product was very well received as a present, well packaged, with the note-card. Very happy, would use again.”

“I recently sent three hampers to three different addresses, online from overseas. The website was easy navigate and to select my purchases. Payment was straightforward and I received emails updating the progress of my purchases at each stage, delivery was made within two days to addresses outside London and the following business day within London. By all reports the hampers were well received with everyone enjoying the contents. The hampers are expensive but converting Canadian dollars to British pounds is an exercise in heart attacks no matter what! And no-one else is any cheaper, I did look. Cheers, quite happy.”

“I have used Hamper Gifts for several years now and have never been disappointed. My family and friends who have received the gifts have all said how lovely they were. Living in New Zealand, using Hamper Gifts has meant I can spend more on the gift and less on overseas postage costs. The website is easy to use and I wouldn't mind receiving one of the hampers myself - they look amazing!!”

“All good with placing the order provided it's straightforward and the delivery was on time and possible (though not easy) to track. My only negative comment is that there is no phone number on the website to order through and I prefer to have the option to do that. I needed to send a get well hamper to someone recently and would have spent £50 with you but I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the order and as I was unable to call you I had to place the order with M&S instead.”
