“Amazing looking hamper. The presentation, basket, look, feel...everything, is just perfect! It's a gift, so I can't comment on the actual goods, but very impressed in every other aspect!!”

“Second year using the company for our Corporate hampers. I ordered over 200 as usual and the service provided is first class. No problems at all. I under ordered this year and sent an email asking for more and they are being delivered the next working day. Excellent customer service. Thank you”

“Although the ordering is standard as per I have ordered for last maybe 10 years. It is always disappointing and worrying that no-one signed for the goods and they were just left outside our building. Luckily nothing went missing, well luckily for you . I am sure you are concerned to as this can cost you a lot of money / re-supplying Kind regards Mitchell MD”

“Service was good. Delivery driver eventually delivered the hamper on the third visit having stated that he attempted delivery (this is a business and a 24hr operation). Would be good if you could email me a receipted invoice for my records. Many thanks.”

“All very easy and efficient service thank you! No feedback re the actual contents as they are for Christmas Gifts but they look fabulous! I may need another gift and would feel incentivised perhaps to get this ordered if I had, maybe, a loyalty discount offer or something similar? Just a thought...”

“The gifts look great and will make lovely Xmas presents . The cost of the delivery is unacceptable. I purchased 2 towers and a hamper which were all delivered at the same time but was charged £7.95 for each one which is a total of £23.85! I'm aware you say you are a family run business (not sure if it's large or small) but a review of the delivery costs are required. Unfortunately I wouldn't order from you again and I wouldn't recommend you due to these costs.”

Dear Deborah Thank you for your feedback! All hampers are shipped out in individual boxes, protected with airbags and bubblewrap, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately we are unable to group multiple hampers inside a single box to make a saving on delivery costs. “Super service and the colleagues and friends I bought for loved their hampers. Each hamper was well packaged in its own box. One of the boxes went adrift to another postal depot and when I contacted Hampergifts they responded immediately. They located the parcel and ensured it was with us the next day. Will definitely use again and would recommend. Thank you. Anita”
