“I was deeply disappointed when I opened the box. The hamper looked nice but the size and contents did not impress me. I think for nearly £40 all the contents were of a small size.”

“Very pleased with the service, the hamper was well packed and didn't have to wait long for it, Can't vouch for the contents as its an Xmas gift for my daughter but I think she will be very pleased with it,”

“I think the hamper boxes are very well presented. I hoe they are appreciated by the recepients at Christmas. If not they won't get anymore presents. I don't mean that.”

“Have not in the past had the opportunity to assess the quality of product and overall service but deliberately arranged for a luxury hamper be sent to my son and his wife whilkst we were there on an overnight stay and I can honestly say that the service and quality of product are excellently described by the basket itself.”

“This is for a Christmas gift so not opened. Our initial response is that it looks poor value for the price paid - and whilst I am certain that all of the items listed are enclosed in the hamper, without opening it I cannot be sure. We are a little disappointed.”

“I was very happy with the quick delivery of my item and the packaging. I was disappointed with the actual size, I had ordered a tower and I feel for the money I paid the boxes should have been bigger it does not look so good as the picture! when I am giving it as a xmas gift.”

“I have ordered hampers from Canada several times for my family in London. The service has always been friendly and efficient, and the hampers arrive as promised. However I have 2 comments to make. Firstly, I would like to have a choice of a basket that has about 3 British cheeses with a couple of packets of crackers and chutneys, and beer or wine. Secondly, the hamper arrived on time, but I had to call my son in London to check that he had received the gift. The tracking number with the delivery company, did not work. Otherwise, many thanks for your excellent service. Cheers Daria”
