“I needed a thank you gift that I could send to our agents after selling our house, and as it was an office environment I needed something that would cater to different people. I have used HamperGifts before so didn't bother looking anywhere else. The website is very easy to use, the prices are exceedingly reasonable, you are always kept in contact right up until delivery. When it arrived I got a very happy phone call to say how awesome it was and that their desk was now full of boxes of delicious cookies and muffins! It fulfilled what I wanted it to do perfectly - thank you”

“Did not deliver it to the correct address left hamper with a random neighbour! Then didn’t return email. Wonder what would happen if I sent the payment to one of hampersgifts neighbours.”

Hi Martin Thank you for your message. We did not receive any email from you I'm afraid - did you send to sales@hampergifts.co.uk? We always reply to our customers quickly :) As for the delivery I am very sorry DPD delivered to a neighbour. I can see your recipient was out at the time of delivery and DPD will always try a neighbour first, before taking the parcel back on the van for re-delivery the following day. A calling card was also left. I do hope this information helps however if you need any further assistance please dont hesitate to get in touch Kind regards Andy

“I bought the beautiful chocolate and cookies turquoise tower for my Dad for Ozzie Fathers Day. He loved it and even a month later is telling me how much he and my mother are still enjoying looking in the boxes and choosing a chocolate each day. Fantastic I have ordered two other Hamper Towers for friends”

“Wonderful colorfully wrapped boxes! The 6-tiered tower is like receiving 6 small Hampergifts instead of one!! The chocolates are fresh!! Delivered protectively packed. Promised and implemented: Next day delivery & SMS to recipient. All and all a very positive first time experience.”

“Gift for sons 40th from Australia. He was taken away in suprise from wife. Hamper couldn't be left safely so driver took away and company notified me. Another pre arranged date and drop off made and on the Monday all was delivered. I am very happy with the service and as we are in Australia it is good to have a gift service we feel we can trust. Thank you, and I have been told that the contents were "very tasty ".”

“Well you didn’t leave the parcel at the front porch as asked as you probably thought the back was safer! But it was eventually found before the dog discovered it and my niece was absolutely delighted and overwhelmed by the great variety and I’m pleased as punch and will definitely use you again. Thank you all the way from New Zealand.”
