Hi Christopher Thank you for your feedback. I have checked this delivery and can see your recipient changed the delivery address on the 16th Sep. Perhaps they had moved house and were no longer at the address you provided? In any case yhey used the DPD SMS notification to change the delivery address. They were not home on the 20th Sep, so DPD tried again the next day and Im pleased to see the parcel was successfully delivered on the 21st Sep. I do hope this information helps.
