“The 2 person crew that was sent to pack & moved realize upon arrival they were understaffed & under equipment - needing to call in additional labor & another truck.
The packing team overfilled (weight wise) over 75% of the boxes. These over weight boxes has caused extreme difficulties during the unpacking stage due to me and my wife have physical handicaps.
After spending $1,200 dollars + tipping 5 laborers. I really expected a much more user friendly service.

Feedback: The only thing that was not so seamless was their iPhone app… its UI could use some work (issues such as when you type in the chat with their support team, you cannot see what you are typing and therefore sending while you type it- a UIX issue)… as well as some bugs that from the mobile app that don’t translate to the Handled web app. Seems like the app was made very incomplete and hastily (even though it’s cute looking from first glance).
Lots of issues, all around with the apps, which is not good for a startup moving company that relies so heavily on app features to run the business and separate their company by doing things differently (on an app.. but on an app that doesn’t work so well).”
“My moving team and experience with Handled was great! The team was kind and empathetic of all the moving anxiousness, while also respectful of my belongings. My things were being moved into storage and they made sure to ask if I wanted anything upfront for easy access. I also received notifications prior to my move that kept my informed and notified me when my team would arrive at my house.”

Leo, Ivy and Jockson were extremely professional and very efficient. 1 one flaw was that their boss showed up but never came inside to introduce himself and see how everything was going. He must have been outside for at least 30 to 40 minutes. I would definitely recommend Handled to anyone who is moving”
“As state by the reps., we had two trucks for a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with lots of garage equipment. I was afraid it would not fit, but was reassured that it would. The had six guys and two trucks and it went very smooth. I will definitely be using them again. Guy's were very courteous and professional.”
