“There were a few website bugs and it wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be to upload inventory. I did appreciate that they let me just email them information about the larger items we had. The chat function was fantastic and the reps were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the actual movers and the move day. The movers were friendly, contentious, and very helpful. I have never had such a friendly group of movers. They were awesome!”
““Worst moving experience. Damage to various items worth $1,000s (couch, dresser, tables, custom frames, custom art, electronics)—scratches, tears, dents, stains, and “sweat mud” (a combination of sweat and dirt) on numerous items. Asked for extra care with white wood furniture—3/4 pieces damaged (stained, scratched, dented). When I asked the crew why they didn't wrap anything, crew member claimed Handled did not inform them of what equipment they would need. Crew did not wear PPE. Used a battery as a door prop, causing battery acid to drip down the door. Additionally, over $200 worth of tools are missing.””
“The movers were solid and put up with a very small elevator that they had to share in the apartment we moved into with minimal complaint (Bill). Shay did an excellent job managing the move and his father was excellent the whole time as well.”

“The movers were excellent! Very professional and helpful when a few kinks were thrown into the move. Definitely would have been a five star If the communication was there following up to the move. I never once got a phone call from anyone at any time. I finally had to call 24 hours before the move myself, so I would know what to expect. I was told everything was good and to just have our TVs dismounted and washer and dryer unhooked. Well, that would have been nice to know before we had already packed up all our tools! I was also told we would get a phone call letting us know the morning of that the movers were on their way.......NOTHING! So needless to say some of my children weren’t ready when the movers showed up at the door. Luckily they were very kind and patient with us! Funny, I got a quick text the two days before about a problem with my CC. They definitely wanted to make sure it was paid. The decent thing would have been to at least text me some instructions as what to expect since he had already made contact about a different payment. So the communications depart gets a zero star and the movers get a five plus!!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience with the movers!”

“Handled hired a local third party moving company but never told them it was a full pack and move. The movers didn’t have any packing supplies. I had called handled three times to make sure that it was a full pack and move. It took the movers 8 hours to pack and they didn’t get done until 9pm that night. The movers were great but I was extremely upset that handled didn’t inform them what the services were or even my contact information. I will never use them again.”
