The 2 person crew that was sent to pack & moved realize upon arrival they were understaffed & under equipment - needing to call in additional labor & another truck.
The packing team overfilled (weight wise) over 75% of the boxes. These over weight boxes has caused extreme difficulties during the unpacking stage due to me and my wife have physical handicaps.
After spending $1,200 dollars + tipping 5 laborers. I really expected a much more user friendly service.
