“Daniel and his team in Wellington were great to deal with and when they confronted a couple of unforeseen issues when laying the carpet they resolved the issues without any fuss or stress to us.”

“The New Plymouth franchise is amazing to deal with, Amanda is truly wonderful, She knows her product and was at our home promptly and measured up within a short amount of time. She made contact smartly, with a quote and the carpet was layed down the next week. Would highly recommend Amanda and her team.”

“Loved the pattern, vinyl was lovely to deal with, however, the more I look at it the more it grates me, the fact that the vinyl could have been laid a few inches further so the edge of the next square isnt visible. Pity the rep didnt mention how high maintenance this vinyl is.”

“Limited samples in the colour we wanted, and hard to gauge what it would look like from small samples,limited in that we have a heavy chopping block unit in kitchen.Appreciate rep came back several times as we couldnt make up our mind. Hopefully join will hurry up on carpet and blend in. Would have appreciated advice on how dents would stay on carpet from chairs etc. if moved/ and how high maintenance the vinyl in bathroom, loo and laundry was.”

“Poor communication and customer service for the part that left us living on wooden floors due to our carpet not being ordered however carpet installers were excellent and carpet looks great. Paid premium for the ‘nice’ carpet just missed out on the premium service.”

“First vinyl layer incompentent & rude ,& lazy, franchisee owner took 3 months to come ,& look at the job & said the layer must have been having a.bad day! Second vinyl layer was excellent, never using them again”
