“Very professional, good communication”

“Absolutely appalled at their response. I had asked for a couple of quotes for my whole house, however, my personal circumstances changed and I couldn’t proceed. Then 3years later I'm excited because I finally can change my carpets and I’m left a voicemail saying it would be better to talk to a competitor because their range hasn’t changed so there visit would be pointless. I have a voicemail to prove it!!! Clearly making too much money.”

“Suzie Duthie - (Owner Operator) is brilliant! knows what she's talking about, her team especially Martin who installed our flooring you are a MAGICIAN - your work is immaculate; reliable and very honest - he respected our home while he was using it for his work space and he cleaned up. “Laurence & Nicola in Rotorua are amazing nothing is too much trouble and every issue had an easy solution. Their son's Ethan & Sam are great carpet layers so professional and polite at all times. Great assets to Harrison's will definitely recommend to others.”
