“Left me to take an inch off my door where it is hollow internally so now can't have a door ?? installer should have stopped the carpet 25mm shorter as told to prevent it... not happy. They didn't vaccume or tidy large amount of concrete dust and bits of carpet(took 3 hours to clean), not ideal when having a 3 month old baby. They started to bring in furniture while the floor was so messy so we had to move it all again to clean the mess they left As a trade my self you would think you would pre think the door issue, as well as have some pride of work and not leaving the house in such a mess, and quite frankly disrespectful.”

We will be chatting to the installers involved with your job. It is always difficult with new carpet and the difference in height from existing flooring and then clearance of door levels. “Quick and efficient service. Amanda answered all our questions promptly and fully - nothing was too much trouble. Installation was prompt and everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the results. We used Harrisons for the flooring in our previous house also. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“They were quick in ansering our request for a carpet tin our bedroom and suggested the same as previously supplied in an other room. The person sent to lay the carpet was quick and efficient with a plesant personality. . WE are very pleased with the job done”

“We found Harrisons amazing to work with. We had Tony install our vinyl in our kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms. He managed to accomplish it all in a day and did an incredible job. I can't stop admiring our new flooring, it looks perfect!”

“I can totally recommend Harrisons Carpet & Flooring. I found Clive from Napier very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the whole deal of choosing and purchasing new carpet and underlay. He organized the date of removing my carpet and laying the new underlay and carpet. Gave very clear instructions as to what I needed to remove from my furniture to make it easier for his team to move my furniture around whilst the new underlay and carpet was being laid. His team worked very efficiently and were pleasant to deal with and left my home looking great.”
