“Left me to take an inch off my door where it is hollow internally so now can't have a door ?? installer should have stopped the carpet 25mm shorter as told to prevent it... not happy.
They didn't vaccume or tidy large amount of concrete dust and bits of carpet(took 3 hours to clean), not ideal when having a 3 month old baby. They started to bring in furniture while the floor was so messy so we had to move it all again to clean the mess they left
As a trade my self you would think you would pre think the door issue, as well as have some pride of work and not leaving the house in such a mess, and quite frankly disrespectful.”

It is always difficult with new carpet and the difference in height from existing flooring and then clearance of door levels.
