This is a serious breach of the fair trading act and you'll be pleased to know we have taken a copy of your site and have passed this onto the commerce commission. Also you state that you have the most robust warranty however your warranty is full of exclusions. I think I'm better to buy my carpet elsewhere.”

“Daniel responded very quickly to our request to see samples and to have our bedrooms measured, in order to get quotes. The samples that he provided really met our needs and we were able to choose two possible samples immediately. Daniel quickly provided quotes and once we had made our choice worked very hard to get us the best possible price. He also was able to set up an installation date in a very timely fashion. There was one issue when that installation date which was perfect for our daughter, based on her moving date to her new home, had to be adjusted but the company worked with us to make the best of the situation.
