“Install was cancelled after asking for a confirmation off install date, very rude to deal with won’t recommend Harrisons at all. No flooring going into winter”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience. I can see there are definitely two versions of this job. As probably explained, installs need to be booked, as the installers are very busy, and can't be requested at very short notice as other customers who are already booked would then be disadvantaged.
