“Great advice from Heather, who responded efficiently and immediately, and excellent advice and expertise from John, and excellent work by the two carpet installers (sorry I can't remember their names!). Most of all I appreciated their advice to wait until we'd tiled the fireplace area, then John helped advised on how best to do this, and suggested finishing touches that I didn't think of that were both practical and looked better! You guys rock!”

“We had vinyl plank flooring installed. Around 3 months later the thinline started lifting from the floor beneath. Floor bulged plus thinline joins started raising, vinyl planks still attached to the thinline but our floor is bubbled and raised in places. It has been looked into and Harrisons told us it is due to subfloor moisture - which they are supposed to test for prior to install but did not. Their expert lifted a plank and tested moisture content and found it was dry and well within the maximum permitted. Harrison are still saying its our problem. Much communication between us but at this stage they will not even confirm what the warranty period is on our floor. Everytime we look at our floor it is a reminder of the miserable dealings we have with Harrisons. WE VERY MUCH REGRET BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Lawrence from Rotorua was great at project managing so the flooring instal tied in with painting and decorating. It was so easy, he had great communication and the job was fantastic quality. I’d highly recommend.”

“Our sales person was extremely helpful and patient, returning twice with alternative samples. She ensured everyone in the family had the opportunity to review the choices and gave us time to make a decision. The installation went without a hitch and the installer split the job over 2 days which made it so much more convenient. We would definitely recommend Harrisons again.”

“The vinyl was not sealed properly and underlay was not meant for a wet area as we have checked with itm and another bathroom company plus a builder on compliance for a bathroom now the vinyl is lifting and Harrison's is blaming us”

“I can not fault the carpet laid, but am not totally happy with the floating floor finish because of the edging applied. I had difficulty communicating with your representative and jobs took a very long time to be completed. I know covid disrupted the supply of materials, but when the communication is lacking it is difficult to stay positive. I am still waiting for the promised Fly buys and have had 2 phone calls with you and promises were made, but nothing so far. I also read your comment on a previous Review, I made, where you made the promised to be in touch within a week to discuss my dissatisfaction about the edging on the floor, but nothing has happened. So there appears very little follow up after jobs are completed.”
