“Harrisons Ashburton quick to respond with quote and Brent offered helpful advice as to the best carpet for our rental property.We were given an installation date,but when the tenants move- in date was changed, we appreciated their willingness to find an earlier day to install. On completion of job, even found team had left the offcuts cut neatly to mat- size for kitchen, back- door. Highly recommend Brent and his team in Ashburton for prompt,efficient and friendly service.”

“A BIG thankyou to Tom, Clayton and Kay for making our re carpet an easy job. They lifted all the heavy furniture, reconnected Tech stuff, took doors off, and put them back on, friendly, helpful, and great to see a Dad and son working together. And at the end, a great clean up Including vacuming. We wish them all the best with their new venture and totally recommend them.”

“We contacted Harrisons for the latest deal in Feb and after 2 call center calls and no contact from the Palmerston North Branch to carpet a 3 bd home we are most disappointed when the call center assured us of a return call within 2 working days and we called twice once on the 1st of Feb the second the following day”

“The whole process from beginning to end was spot on. A prompt response to our inquiry was followed by a visit to our home with samples, for a thorough discussion about what we wanted and needed. Samples were left with us to see how they looked at different times of day and in different weather. We asked for more samples and they arrived promptly The carpet arrived on time, the laying went without a hitch, and the guys who did it were very professional and very cheerful - they were very efficient. The carpet looks and feels fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than we'd imagined. All in all, the best customer service experience.”

“Simon and co were easy to deal with and extremely professional. Any queries we had were answered very quickly. A slight hiccup on the day they laid the carpet, was quickly and smoothly sorted. They went out of their way to get our carpet laid on the day. It was most appreciated. Would highly recommend Simon and the team.”

Pete the vinyl installer was very informative and helpfully answered all the questions I had about looking after the vinyl :-) At the sales stage Shane was very patient and helpful while we took time to make a decision on what carpet and vinyl we wanted which was much appreciated.”
