“Good communication with Harrison's but communication with sub-contractors was not so good, consequently, floor prep team took 2 days to prep floor, when only one day was allowed for, therefore floors were not ready when installers arrived.”

“I was extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service right off the bat. After I made initial contact the local owner made an evening call out with carpet samples, we were able to feel and discuss the options and what would work best for our needs. Excellent knowledge base. Installation was helpful and problems were solved without hassle. I could not be happier with the finished product, it looks and feels fantastic. The invoicing was simple and friendly. Would definitely use the Nelson team again.”
