“We were extremely satisfied with the whole process from consultation to completion. Paul, from Harrisons, was particularly attentive and patient with us, as an elderly couple who rarely purchase carpets, over a number of weeks, helping us to find a particular colour and style for our lounge that matches our existing colours, style, and comfort. The carpet looks sumptuous, and the feel of the carpet underfoot is very bouncy, thick and luxurious. We had visited other carpet providers in the area None of them had able to come up with the style or the colour of carpet that Paul found. The samples were brought to us at home by Harrisons, rather than us going to them and lugging carpet samples backwards and forwards. We had considerable advice, time and input in a non -pressured, understanding and empathic manner which we appreciated very much. The whole process was very smooth, skilful, and effective. Thank you.”
