“While I am happy with the installation process and the system itself, unfortunately my salesperson is very unresponsive to emails, if they have better customer service, I would be happy to recommend.”

“I have nothing but high praise for the efficient and professional service given by Andrew McNabb from initial contact to installation of my solar panels, and am extremely happy with the outcome, as the electricity generated by the panels has resulted in a negative electricity account for the past year, so thank you.”

“Sarel came across as very experienced and was able to facilitate all of my questions. I was dubious about what was suggested (it was many more panels than I was expecting), but after a couple of months, the numbers were spot-on. Looking forward to the savings and would recommend Harrisons.”

“We are very satisfied. David from Harrisons took all the time we needed to explain our options and make a few recommendations. Harrisons quickly came back to us with costs. Once we had selected an option the installation was completed a month ahead of schedule. We have had the system in operation for a few months now. We have appreciated the follow up from the Harrisons team and are enjoying using the monitoring software to make the system work for us.”

“Cameron from Harrison’s Canterbury went the extra mile for us. From multiple visits to ensure we were happy with what we were purchasing, to product information, and quick installation, nothing was an issue for Cameron. His availability to speak on the phone or answer emails promptly made us feel like he was fully invested in our solar journey and made investing in solar with Harrison’s an easy decision. Excellent service that I would happily recommend.”

“I have had the pleasure of using Harrisons for two solar installations on my first house in Karori, and when I sold that home to live in Upper Hutt, I chose them again as my installers. On both occasions, the installations were professionally done and were of little inconvenience to me. For any solar installation, I would highly recommend Harrisons.”
