“Didn't phone back when initially contacted, had to follow up. Did not turn up in time for site assessment, had to call. Was helpful on site but took ages to come back to us, had to call to find out that what we wanted to do wasn't possible, so asked for a price on what was possible and still have not heard back. Going elsewhere.”

“I had a mixed experience with Harrisons Solar. It went from outstanding communication and service initially to frustration with the level of service and lack of communication when the installer took over from the Franchise Owner. But at the end of the process when lots of things were changing Andrew from Harrisons Solar Manawatu stepped up and sorted everything and made sure everything was working how it should be. And then a couple weeks into my panels being all up and running I had problems with connection, and Andrew responded promptly to my panicked emails and got everything back up and running and supplied me with troubleshooting hints in case of anything else.”

“Delivery was earlier than promised, the staff were all very helpful. We are trying to achieve a return on investment and will not know if the objectives will be met until we have had a full year . We think we may need more panels in other locations on the roof to achieve a more consistent result .”
