“I called Harvey Norman in Ipoh Parade from Kuala Lumpur this morning to buy a Dyson hair dryer. Actually I wanted to buy a Dyson hair dryer as a birthday surprise for my friend in Ipoh and asked my friend to pick it up from Ipoh Parade. I talked to this person, his name is Haziq, I think he is a salesman. I want to share here the service of Haziq, when I asked him about this Dyson hair dryer, he was very friendly, kind and patient. Not only he answered all my questions, he also took photos of the product to show me, and patiently answered the questions I raised in detail through WhatsApp. Finally, I bought the Dyson hair dryer from him and I am very happy and satisfied with his service. 805656 MUHAMMAD HAZIQ MOHD RAZIF”

“Few months ago I purchased a $7000 lounge from Warun Ponds Harvey Norman. That was part of many products purchased from that branch totaling to just under $20K. During purchase, I asked/paid for delivery and assembly. Lounge was delivered and delivery man refused to install to second floor ( which was clearly in the stated in the request where lounge will be will be installed) claiming it is heavy to carry. That furniture branch manager ( Nick ) and his assistant ( Booby) came around to save the sale and helped taking the lounge upstairs which was great. The problem is that lounge were connected with each other with some sort of slots/ hinges that I failed to to disconnect to run power cable under the seats . So, it looked like the hinges were damaged/ stuck . I aske Nick to help disengaging them but he said that I will need to pay for that service / fixing the damaged inserted slots ! I thought that was a poor after sale type of service specially where there no mistake from my end ! I made a complaint ref 364541 and received standard response " you are a very important customer to us !!". Made a follow up, but nothing happened. Sent another email / complaint to head office who passed me to 'admin' email and , again, nothing happened . that was two months ago. Basically, after sales customer service in Warun Ponds and specifically furniture areas requires to be VERY closely looked at. i STRONGLY recommend to to use this branch if you think after sales will be needed”

“I bought a TCL 65 inch qled TV from Harvey Norman online the troubles started from the beginning they were posted delivered to me in Donegal but I have to go and pick it up in Sligo. 2 years and 21 days from the date I picked up the TV the screen went black they were lights on the TV no pictures and sound I contacted Harvey Norman after a lot of trouble as because it was brought online they didn't know which I had bought it from so I have to ring each one until I could find where it was actually came from. When I got through to them they said there's nothing they can do as it's 21 days out of warranty. I then contacted TCL customer service which I found really frustrating ready unhelpful I eventually got a reply from their customer service and they passed me on to their repair center because we 25 Euros told me to take a video and then told me the TV was unreadable. So anybody thinking about a TCL TV I would recommend them pay the extra by eithe her Samsung or a Sony or lg anything but a TCL So the overall experience very disappointing Alan stewart”

“I was exceptionally happy with the service given to us , on Saturday 19/05/24 at Harvey Norman Toowoomba. We needed to buy a new TV. The service given to us by Daniel, was excellent. He explained everything to us. He wasn’t trying to hurry us into a sale. We were very happy with our purchase. Well done Daniel.”

“I purchased a matching outdoor patio setting and dining table in all around $6,000 I only could see the dining setting online as it wasn’t in store but lounge chairs looked great sadly I didn’t actually touch the wooden looking coffee table as the chairs I thought were most important to look at and sit in. I waited over 3 weeks for the dining setting to arrive as none were in stock I was shown it on line when it arrived I heard tin sound when assembling the table I said is that table got metal legs I then went out side to look the whole tabke was aluminium to look like timber very convincing if you didn’t touch it. But once you realised and looked hard it was cheap and nasty and not what I thought I ordered and paid for. Now that I rang and asked them to return it and give back my money no one will speak to me saying oh the boss is out out we will get back no ringing back of course I said I have a legal right to return this if I am not happy with it. So at this stage it looks like I have a fight on my hands. I have purchased he asked nearly all my furnishings from this store in gympie and niw for me to be treated like this is appalling I want my money back and for you to take away this monstrosity you call a quality setting”

“I don't normally give a review on customer care/deliveries..however I'm pleased to be writing this experience. I had a dishwasher delivered, with a phone call before the delivery and it arrived on time as promised in our conversation by phone. On arrival one of the staff/ delivery man introduced himself and his co worker as Tommy and Adam..I was impressed by his courtesy and manners. I invited him into my home. The old dishwasher was removed and new one installed with such attention to detail and care..nothing was rushed or overlooked. Tommy treated my purchased as if it was his own purchase and took great pride in his job as he installed the new machine. Adam was also professional in his handling of the situation as the job was a little tedious and required skill and patience from both men (Tommy and Adam). I would highly recommend this delivery service and would like to congratulate Harvey Norman for employing a great workmanship to go into there customer's homes. Many thanks Tommy and Adam. “Absolute Scam bought washing machine paid 5 year warranty it looks like they have a subsidary called product care whos job is to auto decline any warranty complaints but first they send another party out to assess thats says no If you protest there are processes with obstacles and delays to frustrate you I am a quadriplegic 7 this has been a nightmare & still on going OVER A DOOR SEAL Dont have anything to do with them”

“Do not get your photo’s developed at Moorabbin Harvey Norman. Don’t waste your time and money! Very poor quality standard now. Pictures look yellow, not white and bright. The printer they have now is terrible, but the staff will try and convince you that it is fine. Treat you like an idiot! Quite rude. I was not impressed by their poor customer service. I have been developing photo’s there for many, many years, so l definitely know what lm talking about with picture quality. They have lost a loyal customer. Afterwards, l had the pictures developed at Kmart where the photo’s were high quality and white…… not a bland yellow colour like at Harvey Norman.”

“A big shout out to the Tech Dept at Harvey Norman, Nunawading, including Robin, Caeman and all of the rest, who were brilliant. I came in to buy a cheap tablet for my course, that could handle Zoom calls-and not only did they help me with a great deal on that, wireless headphones plus a far better new modem with unlimited data and a way better deal on porting my phone across to that carrier, but they helped set up the new devices with the carrier, including spending over two hours to eclipse various unexpected challenges. I couldn’t have done it without their expertise and persistence. They went far above and beyond the call of duty and I look forward to returning for any new tech.”

“Purchased bosh front loader. Because of boxing sale yesterday it was chaotic at gepps cross. Asked Sales rep to hold one which he did. Picked up this morning at a great price plus. A $70 voucher pleasant staff. POLITE . ....NOT LIKE A RIVAL STORE CLOSE BY . Which I will never set foot in again THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL PRICE FOR A ITEM ON A KNOCK OUT SALE REFUNDED 154 DOLLARS THIS MORNING. ..... THEY WERE NOT HAPPY. “Needed a new fitbit..... Jesse in Rathfarnham store explained that my current fitbit had cracked screen and as a result would not sync. She 3explained that I had insurance and I got new fit bit which she set up for me . Excellent service from all in Harvey Norman in Nutgrove”

“Excellent 5 ⭐️ customer from Gareth Croan. I need a size double divan for my aunt that is moving into an independent living. Gareth goes beyond in the selection stage to the final delivery. He really provide the best customer service, I have added others essentials beddings sets to go with the divan, everything was ordered and delivered on time, best price, great quality, perfect, no fault. Gareth also able to source out a super king size divan drawer roller for the divan that I bought 2years ago. “I visited HN Moorrabin Computer section to buy an Apple watch and Michael approached to help me. Michael couldn't help because they were out of stock but he looked up another store to see if they had one. They did so he gave me the number so I could put a hold on it.
