“I was very satisfied with everything BUT felt that the courtesy car add on part was misleading. I read it as actually paying the add on to upgrade courtesy car type and not to add a car. When I went through Dean at customer services, he said that I could not put a courtesy car on the policy until renewal next year. A little unfair.”

“Very easy entering my details to get a quote to actually purchasing my new car insurance policy. I did appreciate the instant text messages I received giving me a 24 hour claims telephone number and then a 24 hour breakdown recovery number to call if I needed to. I've never had that as an instant service before, usually I have to search the website or my documents for these phone numbers, so that has really given me peace of mind that I chose the right insurers!”
