I won't buy anything from them again. The item didn't fit my standard sized cot and cost me more to return than to receive.

I ordered two annabel Karmel food trays to find when the package arrived there was only one food tray that arrived and the package was damaged. I am still waiting to here back from costumer service with regards to this issue

Didn’t arrive as stated but that was no worry as things are delayed at the moment so no problem there But was disappointed that the safety rein was not with the pack pack as described in the description you supplied I have emailed and sent a previous review hoping someone would get back to me but as yet no contact I have also tried phoning in the times mentioned on your phone message still no reply so I would appreciate if you could contact me in you first instant many thanks Lynn townsend

The item ordered (frog in a box) is faulty - frog doesn't jump out as described. I've contacted customer services to request an exchange, was told that I needed to send a photo (of the frog not jumping?). I replied that I was happy to return the item and have a replacement sent 3 days ago but have not yet received a response.

Customer service in my company we answer queries within 24 hours. This is unacceptable please don't use covid as an excuse. I'm still waiting for a reply?????

Sent me a review form but I have not received my products. Send a discount code that will expire in 48 hrs but I don’t know if i want to order until I receive my items.

Terrible customer service. I haven’t even received this product yet and it was advertised as next day delivery! Delivery is actually a month! The website masked that it was from the UK, in order to lure my purchase from Australia. Customer service refused to refund or return sale.

i have recieved multiple emails but no delivery not even a dispatch email.. how can you send a leave a review email before someone even gets their order?

I was told when ordering my expected delivery date was yesterday. 29th December. Still no tracking information received. Not sure when it will arrive. Contacted via Facebook and Twitter and no response to enquiry. I wouldn’t of minded if the date they gave was more realistic but don’t give a date for it not to be fulfilled.

I have NEVER received this item but was charged for it! Seriously, you want me to write a review, your service stinks! I now have to wait to argue with your Customer Service department to get a credit on Monday, whop de do Merry Christmas to me! Extremely disappointed, get your act together would you please!! Liz
