Will be asking for a refund. Ordered 29.11.20 now 24.12.20 after two emails no response. The grinch plush toy was to go with a matching book.. gift ruined. Christmas Day tomorrow and no communication from this retailer with the exception of prompting this review.

I still haven’t received It in the mail yet. I’ve been prompted three times to leave a review and I still haven’t gotten my order. It is currently 18 days past the schedule delivery date. I called and emailed customer service and they didn’t respond until 7 days later. The tone of the email seem to be very accommodating; not willing to offer and my concession for the failed service they have provided. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Le libellé est très mal formulé j'ai pensé qu'il y avait le couffin vendu avec hors ce n'est que le revêtement intérieur

Still waiting for my purchase! Haven't noticed that you must wait a month! to get it. No trackingsnumber! Don't recommend and won't buy myself again from this site. (Have bought though from others in UK, no shiping problems, no delays)
