“Will be asking for a refund. Ordered 29.11.20 now 24.12.20 after two emails no response. The grinch plush toy was to go with a matching book.. gift ruined. Christmas Day tomorrow and no communication from this retailer with the exception of prompting this review.”

“I still haven’t received It in the mail yet. I’ve been prompted three times to leave a review and I still haven’t gotten my order. It is currently 18 days past the schedule delivery date. I called and emailed customer service and they didn’t respond until 7 days later. The tone of the email seem to be very accommodating; not willing to offer and my concession for the failed service they have provided. I would recommend avoiding this company.”
