Items do not come with tracking I purchased on the 6th October it’s now the 8th November and still have not received my item

Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking customer service and has no clue about deliveries and tracking orders. Avoid

The pandemic is causing massive delays to deliveries as well as all other aspects of life. Unfortunately, this delivery took an extra 6 working days to arrive. We're extremely sorry for any frustration and inconvenience these delays can cause.

My order has not arrived as yet. I had sent two emails requesting for a reference number so I can anticipate when to expect my order. I was advised that due to the delivery method "royal mail" there is no reference number. Based on this experience I am unlikely to place future order.

J’ai commande 2 matelas avec sac de couchage , à réception du colis L’un des deux matelas avait un défaut. Il y a un trou ce II rend le matelas inutilisable j’ai prévenu le site mais je n’ai toujours pas de réponse me confirmant l’envoi d’un nouveau matelas sans défaut.

I have email over 1.5 weeks ago as the cover doesn’t not fit on carry cot corrrectly. I’m still waiting to get a response on how this is going to be managed. I have had my baby last Friday and now can’t use carrycot Incase it has to be sent back due to fault. Issue should of been resolved by now and replacement sent out to to me. Very disappointed

I am very unhappy with my purchase as it arrived damaged. I emailed "Hello Baby" about my concern and still haven't received a reply. Very bad after sales service. Stay away!!!

Ordered from them the 3rd of august and got a confirmation email with ETA 5 working days (international shipping within Europe). Contacted them a week later since I still hadn't have my order delivered and got informed that the new ETA was 30 working days "due to Corona" (which they should have known when I ordered since this was in August when Corona had been going on for several months). I contacted them again on the 14th of September asking why I still hadn't received my order or heard anything from them. Got an answer to my email "your return has been received by the warehouse, all refunds will be processed back to your original payment method". No more explanation or attempt to make it up to me. I will definitely not order anything from them. Neither would I recommend anyone else to do so.

3 times I have tried to contact you to arrange the return of an item purchased I was not happy with. Each time my emails have bounced back with an unable to deliver failure notice attached but there is no other means of contacting you. Yet you are still sending me emails suggesting other things to purchase. What is going on? I would like a refund.

Still waiting for my order. Have contact the company saying it was sent but I still don’t have it? Can’t speak to anyone on the phone and have sent another email no response, tried to live chat no response. This was a birthday gift and the birthday has gone very embarrassing.

I cannot get any sense out of this company. My parcel ordered on 4/8/20 has not been delivered and I cannot get hold of anyone to give me any information as to where it is. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling on the 'not contactable' telephone number. I do not believe Covid can be used as an excuse.

Hello Judy, We are sorry for the issue with your order. We have not had a case like this before where the Paypal payment was under review and therefore not showing as a cleared payment for us to process your order. This issue did take some time to diagnose and understand what had happened. Sadly there have been some staff restriction and shortages that meant we were not able to resolve this issue in a timely manner like we should have. Dear Andreas, We're sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed. I had a look at your order and I can see that we received your order on: 24th of July(Friday) at 20:22 It was shipped on: 27th of July(Monday) at 14:28 Our current ETA on deliveries to Sweden is 5 working days from dispatch, meaning your order should have arrived on the 3rd of August if it was on time. Unfortunately sometimes parcels get delayed, especially due to the current worldwide health situation. This is beyond our control as delivery depends on Royal Mail and your local postal service. I immediately tried to cancel my order which there is no option to do so! Typed up an email just to get a smartass response about the wording of my email! So now I have to wait for my order to get here which is late by the way and no tracking info to send it right back to y’all for a refund! Never seen such difficult and non helpful customer service! Still have yet to receive it so there’s no other info to provide!
