Ordered 1 item over a week ago and it's still not here. The tracking app is useless as it does not tell me anything about where my package is, and I'm already receiving more emails about other products on the website, the pure cheek.

Hello, We're really sorry about your shopping experience. I checked your order and I can see that your order was processed the same day as we received it on the 10th and that it has now been delivered. Unfortunately Royal Mail is currently experiencing difficulties in delivering items to certain areas in their usual 2-3 working days time frame due to the present situation. Regarding the emails, our email system is an automated system working on a set of rules and it sends out recommendations and offers based on the delivery timescale mentioned above. An item was ordered on March 18, 2020. I have not received the item yet. After I contacted Hello Baby via e-mail, I did receive an e-mail from them on April 6 saying item was shipped on March 20. It is now April 14, still no item. I realize these are tough times in our world, and I am in the US, but. I wish there had been shipping notification! I would not have known my package had shipped if I had not first sent Hello Baby a message. There also needs to be tracking on shipments!!!

I cannot tell how well I like the product since it has not yet arrived. There is no way to track it so I'm not sure where it is. The phone number is in the uk and I'm in the us. It was shipped on March 25th, I received this request to review on April 1 and today is April 10th.

I purchased a Baby Jogger Mini GT stroller which after three months manifested a defect in the front wheel. There was no point in sending videos where the defect is clearly seen. After 3 months I have not solved anything. I asked to receive the spare but they reply that I have to send the stroller. Too bad that in the meantime I am suing it and I need it and that in any case I am in Italy !!

Purchase an item that is supposed to be delivered within 7 days. It hasn’t arrived yet and the tracking link goes to a page that says the item can’t be tracked. Unless resolved within the next 24-48 hours, its unlikely that we will shop at or recommend Hello Baby.

Product was delivered several days late and thus missed Christmas. It also arrived broken in two pieces. It was placed in a bubble wrap bag, but all of the bubbles seemed to be popped. There was also only one small piece of styrofoam that appeared not help.
