I ordered a product 12 days ago with standard delivery 3-5 days. One week ago I received an email saying that my product has been shipped. Now I am asked to review the service, but I still haven’t received my order yet..

I ordered this for my sister n law as a present. It arrived all ripped and the box essentially destroyed - I have photos if you would like to see it. Horrible present to give my sister n Law - will let you know if it even works now, due to all the damage from postage. Not at all happy with this purchase.

The box holding the bike seat was beat up, which immediately signaled to me that it was thrown around and something was probably broken. Luckily, the seat functions okay, but it was scratched and the top was a little bent. It arrived with a screw missing, and now, I have to figure out how to get a matching screw so I can install the bracket, and hopefully before our bike riding vacation next week... which is why I bought the seat a month ago, and it just arrived 4 weeks later. Very disappointed with this purchase and the process. I'll never order from this company again and I will make sure others I know avoid ordering from this company.

My order still not arrive, emailed and called to your client services and receive no response. I paid extra cost for shipping in 10 business day, now I need to buy a bath tube for my grandson at the local store. Very disappointed of your service.

Item ordered, confirmed and shipping confirmation received yet item was not in stock!!! I only found this out when I contacted customer service a week after receiving shipping confirmation. What a terrible service. As a first time customer I won’t be back. I hope you manage to issue the refund with more reliability than the product!

We ordered the Happy Day Big Cooker for our children, it was delivered promptly, however, it was missing all metal parts including screws and therefore assembly was impossible. I contacted the company via email to seek a solution to this issue but I received no reply. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service provided by Hello Baby and the shoddy product that I received from them.

I ordered the wrong item and when I emailed them to say don’t send it they still sent it and now I have to pay for return postage. Not impressed at all. Never again shall I order through Hello Baby. Very disappointed.

One star is one too many. This company is a scam. They do not have the items they list for sale on Ebay. I never received a pack-n-play that I paid for, they won't ship me a new one, and they won't issue me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered two items, only received one item. Badly damaged shipping "bag". Signed for the one item...tracking now says "received". VERY disappointed and I have know idea how to track the item I did not receive. ONE tracking number for TWO items. Don't believe it's hellobaby's fault, but they have my money.

Ordered a car seat for £200 which never arrived. Contacted company who said there is a delay and instead of 3 day delivery time there’ll now be 10 days. 16 days after ordering now, car seat still not here and no contact from hello baby. Emailed to ask where my order is and received a reply to say there is a further delay, not sure how long. Poor customer care - have had to chase to find out status. Have requested a refund which I am really hoping will materialise...

Ridiculously POOR packaging. Placed two ALEX tots fluffy friends craft kit boxes in a plastic bag for shipping! Of course, the boxes arrived crushed and torn. So this is what I'll have to be giving as a gift and it doesn't look good at all. With all the online shopping I have done in my life, I have never known any shipping department to package something like this so carelessly. Lesson learned. Now I know who to avoid.
