Still havnt received my parcel. The wrong address was given by Hello Baby to DPD. I contacted Hello Baby about it and didnt resolve the issue. I'm now extremely stressed as the parcel.is a Santa present for my daughter.

You lay customers. I bought this seat because in pisc is read skin . But you give me just fabric. I lost money. Change pics. It was gift promises gift red skin. Do Y want see face my famili when they open box. Never again.

This is not the place to order if you need your item in a reasonable amount of time. They will not refund or reorder until 25 days have expired. They do not give you a tracking number or carrier information so you can track your order. I would not order from this company again. Very unsatisfied.

The price paid for shipping (door delivery with signature) isn't worth it as I have to go get it myself to the post office. Nobody told me where my package was, I had to figure it out on my own. I don't know why they ask for a phone number if they don't use it. Anyway now I have to drive 40 km to get it. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.A.E

This was the first time I ordered from Hello Baby. I ordered a LittleLife travel cot blackout cover, made for use with travel cots/playpens, and it just arrived on my doorstep. The box that it came shipped in is completely crushed, and when I took the item out of the box it gave off an absolutely horrific mouldy smell! I immediately searched for an information pamphlet within the box to see if I could find out what the care/cleaning instructions were, and there was nothing! I then held the fabric and put it over my head to see how well it blocked out light, and it was like putting a thin cotton shirt over my face; I could see completely through it and it barely blocked a lamp, let alone be classified as a “blackout”!? Damaged packaging, no instructions, no cleaning directions, horrific mouldy smell, and doesn’t do what it claims to. I will not be ordering from this company ever again!

I ordered a product 12 days ago with standard delivery 3-5 days. One week ago I received an email saying that my product has been shipped. Now I am asked to review the service, but I still haven’t received my order yet..
