Hi Cynthia, Your order was dispatched on the 29th via our International Standard service. Delivery time for this service is between 5 to 15 working days, for the USA it's usually around 10. Therefore your parcel is most probably still on it's way to you. I ordered mid November. After 2 weeks i sent an Email to the customer service because i hadn't received anything. They had no tracking mail and couldn't reply. Eventually I've never received my parcel (a brio train for my son's birthday). after 1,5 month they finally refunded me £35.15 over £48.15. They didn't resend anything ...I call it robbery!!!!

We've refunded the postage cost on your order as you haven't received the service you paid for. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/FQ313364546GB Based on the tracking information it looks like Royal Mail made a mistake and sent your parcel to the wrong depot. This happens occasionally and they usually quickly re-route the item. We've reached out to them, but most of the time once we hear back from them in a day or two the parcel has already been delivered to the recipient. Hello Brittany, Thank you for your message. I am sorry your order has not arrived yet. The package was sent from the UK by Royal Mail on 12 Nov 2018. International deliveries usually take 5-15 working days. The estimates are usually accurate however sometimes on rare occasions items can fall into our general postage policy which states items can take up to 25 working days. I can understand if you would not like to wait this long I can look into resolving your problem sooner. Please can I ask if it does not arrive shortly for you to check with your local post depot as items are often found there and we have a lot of items returned to us as unclaimed. Unable to review this product as I’ve had so many issues with the delivery company, who tried to deliver the cot to the wrong address on 2 occasions despite several phonecall’s to confirm my own address, and 2 days of sitting waiting for deliveries, by the 3rd attempt the 2 boxes were so bashed around I refused to sign for it, as it’s highly likely it would be damaged. I have returned the cot (just under a week ago) and am yet to hear from Hello Baby to send a replacement. Disappointed with my first experience of this online store and hope to get a call to resolve this very soon.

Never received cot as was asked for more money despite paying for, and having the money taken from account. When informed they were in breech of contract they quickly refunded money back to us without honouring the original price the cot bed was brought for. Awful way to treat customers - not only against the law.

Sadly we experienced a system error with the price for the item selected. As soon as we received the order into our system, we informed the customer of the error and offered a suitable discount as a good will gesture. To avoid further frustration and inconvenience we processed a full refund when this offer was declined. We have now fixed the issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Item was sold as brand new in box (BNIB) so was purchased as a gift. When it arrived the box was torn, crushed and clearly damaged prior to dispatch and looked very 2nd hand. Certainly not suitable as a gift. When enquired about damage to box was told the goods in box were okay so that was fine. Complained but no interest. Contacted eBay and return was offered, but I do not trust Hello Baby to refund all my money and not deduct and retain postage costs etc. Very disappointing.

The zip on a footmuff purchased from Hello Baby broke after being used just four times. Obviously occasionally items faulty and just assumed that this company would happily exchange. The response I received was certainly not helpful and I was basically told to use pliers to fix the zip myself! The tone of the emails received made me feel like I was not being believed and I felt this was very poor customer service. I won’t use Hello Baby again.

Ordered late but with enough time for Christmas delivery. Part of my order was left out. Emailed company which they replied too within 24hrs only positive. The item was now to be shipped today in the lead up to Christmas this weekend. This is a santa present & now it may not arrive on time. Emailed responses from company are very impersonal one line comments with no sign off or name of person who you are dealing with. Not impressed & would not recommend or order from again.

The headphones were clearly used and marked up, I coudnt return them as I had a big wedding the next day and needed to protect my daughter. Won't use hello baby again.

The Bettacare Extra Tall Child and Pet Safety Gate 75-83 cm was damaged into the box. So I've returned the goods. Very poor delivery service. See photo included.

Still waiting for a refund on a product I sent back as wrong size on 2/11/16, despite also paying out for another one with same company so at moment have effectively paid twice for one product . They tell me they have refunded yet no record of this with my bank or PayPal account. I've been more than patient waiting but getting fed up of chasing for the money now :(

I received goods that were dirty and had a seam coming apart. I immediately advised the company who required photographic evidence. Emails went back and forwards (baby came during this time) and I asked for a refund. Have been advised that I can have one but they will not pay for the return. They are no cheaper than other places so would suggest anyone look elsewhere.

Im not happy at all about your service. I ordered 2 fancy dress costumes via bol.com (a dutch online store) and I only received 1 item in my mailbox. And almost straight away after receiving the item, bol.com send me payment requests and reminders that I really need to pay or it'll cost me fees. While I have 30 days to review your item. So I only received one item and have no idea where the other one is and when I want to contact your shop I have to call an english number. Which I won't ofcourse cause it'll cost me quite a bit from overseas. (The Netherlands) Bol.com did help me and I can return the item I got and they will get rid of the payment requests.
