On the site BOL.com is delivery 5-8 days, after that i've got a message from you that it will be 5-10 days, when i didn't get it after 10 days i called BOL.com, they told me that it has a delay of 25 working days!!! It was a present, so I didn't give it to the person, I've to cancelled it. So i wil never order bij BOL.com true a extern company

We ordered a Booster highchair on eBay, item never came sent messages the one and only message back told us to check with post office so we did still no reply to our messages no item, but had our money since15th March NOT impressed

I do not know if my product has even arrived yet as I ordered it specifically to take away on holidays and even though I allowed a weeks leeway, it did not arrive in time! Unacceptable! Can I have a refund please?

Asked to cancel an item right after purchasing it. Received no reply for a week and then, without receiving the dispatch note, I was informed that the item was sent! Item not received!

Hi, I have searched messages referring to this issues mentioned. I can't unfortunately find any. We usually try to resolve all issues after we have been informed.

I received the order unpacked and unprotected, only a-bag The item was defective and went incomplete with missing parts. Contact the seller was slow and have not received the missing pieces. It's been 18 days since that I made the order.

Extremely poor service! Said they had a product in stock... all of a sudden they didn't. Said the item was dispatched, didn't receive it. When I emailed them they asked me for my telephone number... all of which was on the order form. They said there was some mis-communication with themselves and the manufacturer. Then they asked me what day delivery would be suitable, I told them the day but ended up getting the delivery the day before, luckily I had cancelled the arrangements I had. Not to mention the delivery driver was basically chucking the box around because he found it too heavy. Terrible mistake choosing this company.

I ordered two items, to be shipped separately. Hello Baby charged my postage twice, but sent them in the same shipment. The consequence being that I was charged extra customs tax when picking up the parcel

I ordered from you expecting to get item within a week or so and its been about three weeks since I ordered. I will never order from you again. I was expecting to get Lamaze Captain Calamari Play and Grow Pirate Octopus for a baby shower and now the shower is in 2 days and no octopus. I am very disappointed. I will never order from you again.

Mirror arrived cracked in 2 places. Contacted HelloBaby to advise of damage who asked for photos of damaged item. Photos sent and attempts made to follow up with Seller but no reply. Would not purchase from HelloBaby again.
