“3 times I have tried to contact you to arrange the return of an item purchased I was not happy with. Each time my emails have bounced back with an unable to deliver failure notice attached but there is no other means of contacting you. Yet you are still sending me emails suggesting other things to purchase. What is going on? I would like a refund.”

“Still waiting for my order. Have contact the company saying it was sent but I still don’t have it? Can’t speak to anyone on the phone and have sent another email no response, tried to live chat no response. This was a birthday gift and the birthday has gone very embarrassing.”

“I am still waiting for a response from this company as I need to return a faulty item. I understand that they have staff shortages but they have responded to another customer who left a review which was posted since my last comments. I have to say I received my goods promptly, but can somebody please deal with my return/replacement.”

“I cannot get any sense out of this company. My parcel ordered on 4/8/20 has not been delivered and I cannot get hold of anyone to give me any information as to where it is. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling on the 'not contactable' telephone number. I do not believe Covid can be used as an excuse.”

Hello Judy, We are sorry for the issue with your order. We have not had a case like this before where the Paypal payment was under review and therefore not showing as a cleared payment for us to process your order. This issue did take some time to diagnose and understand what had happened. Sadly there have been some staff restriction and shortages that meant we were not able to resolve this issue in a timely manner like we should have. “I have a Janod Happy Day Cooker purchased from you that is faulty and needs to be returned. However, my emails to you have come back as undeliverable and nobody is answering your phones or web chats. I have also tried to contact you via face book and what’s app with no response. I am extremely disappointed as this item was purchased as a birthday present for my granddaughter.”
