“Buggy arrived in 2 days to Ireland (although I did pay for express two day delivery). Arrived in perfect condition well packed. Local retail shop said this color had a 2 month wait for stock, but I got it in 2 days from hello baby. Would use this online shop again”

“the item was not what we wanted.. the picture for the order was different to the one supplied with no reason or explanation. the one we got was flimsy and we felt it was a bit unsafe. it said up to toddlers but the thing look as if it would break anytime , and our child who is only 5 months old”

Hello, Our shipping partner uses USPS to deliver parcels once they reach the US. It looks like your order got delayed once it got passed on to USPS, however the tracking information on their site is live: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=4209950292612927005379990010120507 And the laste update is from yesterday: "August 27, 2020 at 1:07 pm Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility ANCHORAGE AK DISTRIBUTION CENTER" We're really sorry that your order got delayed, but once the parcel leaves our warehouse it is beyond our control.
