“Ordered a baby steriliser on the 13th of April and still have not received it (today’s the 26th) delivery is supposed to be 5 working days not good enough”

I checked your order and I can see that your order was processed the same day as we received it on the 10th and that it has now been delivered. Unfortunately Royal Mail is currently experiencing difficulties in delivering items to certain areas in their usual 2-3 working days time frame due to the present situation. “Love the products! However, was really frustrated that after purchasing the item, I kept getting emails telling me stocks were low and I should order quickly, and then get offered a 10%discount on that item if I complete my purchase...leaving a slightly bitter taste in the mouth that I could have got the item cheaper... However, delivery was quick and like I say, the item was fab!”

“I found this website as trying to support more British companies and not Amazon. Delivery was free which is a massive bonus. They stock a huge variety and is a first stop for me now when ordering for my grandchildren. Which I’d found Hello Baby earlier. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered our running buggy on Easter Friday and expecting to wait because of bank holiday and coronavirus yet it arrived in the Tuesday following bank holiday Monday. Very happy. Product and service both good”

“The product seams good and I think our child will like it. But the product is clearly a return, the box was damage from Opening earlier. The legs was scratched and the toys did not have wrapper. A product in this state should not be labelled as new and sold for normal price.”
