“I will never use a company that has an individual in upper management stating he was sad a bullet missed a presidential candidate. Calling for the assassination of a govt figure in America is vile disgusting and beneath what we are supposed to be as Americans. I will never use this company and will actively tell others about what Eric Cartrite posted about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.”

“The worst and most horrible company I ever worked with. I am visiting Jordan from the United States of America and I bought new lines . I tried many times to change my number to the local number I bought but their system not allowing me . I found out the number on their blocked list from previous customers and now they haven’t responded to any of my messages for a week . Horrible service without any response. Awful company all around .”

“Absolutely terrible. I'm a driver and would request to contact uber through chat, not by phone. Their instructions are absolutely diabolically complicated. Seems they are right, uber doesn't support their drivers. They couldn't care, we're only left faq's and basic instructions that is absolutely unrelated to our problems.”

“Uber sucks. There should be a loyalty program without having to pay a monthly fee for good rates. I’m a regular Uber rider and have spent hundreds of dollars in the past 6 months. Shouldn’t we get a discounted and special rate from time to time for raking up all the rides???”

“i can only say that your customer support teams are your worst enemy. They are the cancer of the company. They know absolute nothing only sabotaging accounts to make drivers unable to drive. to hurt them based on their personal genda. “Today I booked a ride for an extended family member. Before booking the trip I had removed my card as the rider was going to pay cash. At the end of the ride, the rider paid the trip fare plus a tip. After the ride has been completed, the trip fare has popped up in my app as unpaid. Trying to reach through the uber app to get it sorted just doesn't work. There is no number to call and the bot certainly is dumb. Overall Uber's support system for riders sucks.”

“Uber doesn't want to pay me for my service I used to drive for them here in El Paso Texas someone reported me for something I never did I chatted with them Uber to try to defend myself but they cancelled my app now they don't want to pay me it's been over two months they promised me that I was to get paid on the 1 St of July I tried calling them but no answer they promised me that I will see my money on the 15 but I doubt it bad Customer service Shame on them they don't worry cause their headquarters are in india”

“Such a scam of a company, I do not have an account with them and haven’t for almost a year and been struggling to stop this 9.99 per month charge. I hate Uber first I have negative experiences with Uber drivers locking car doors, scream at me and then trying to follow me to my home. I am absolutely disgusted with this company”
