I used to ride with uber but not since they would charge my bank account and then the amount was put on hold for 5 days??? Na. My bank said it’s not them, it’s uber. They got their money every time and yet, you put the amount in hold for 5 days. Not riding uber anymore.

While booking the car the rate was different and when it came to payment it was very high.

I am a regular uber rider. Most of the times the driver missed the turn(they said they follow the uber map) at the highway and they are charging me extra for their time. Is it not supposed to be paying me for wasting my time and being late for work because of that? Anyway it happens for a few times so sometimes if I am not busy updating emails etc I am telling to the driver that he needs to changed lane but sometimes they are telling me that they are right and the uber maps said it’s the right one so o just shut up. This week, it happens again and this time longer because he missed his turn twice. So I am late for more than 15mins. And they are charging me extra. I did tried to contact support many times and it’s so hard to hold on someone. And now I finally received result from Justine. Finally a person I guess. He is proud to say he is one of the manager and he thinks there is nothing wrong about the situation. Did you even try to ask the drivers if they really missed the turns before judging your customers?. It’s not about the money. It’s lower than $10 extra, although I worked hard for that, it’s about what is right. I don’t think it’s right to charge rider for the mistakes of the driver or uber maps. It’s unfair for us to pay for something I didn’t do. And uber support is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Just so sad that you guys going to lose customers because you just want to get extra money from your customers. If there is zero. I will put 0.

UBERONE IS A SCAM THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGING THREE OF MY CREDIT CARDS $9.99/MONTH WITHOUT ANY PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO ANY OF THEIR SERVICES WHATOEVER; THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER, NOR ANY COMMUCATION WHATOEVER! TWICE I DISPUTED WITH MY BANK AND GOT THE CARDS REPLACED THE SCAM COMPANY "UBERONE" SOMEHOW STILL MANAGES TO CONTINUE WITH THE AUTO RECURRING CHARGES!!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE!! PLEASE HELP AND PEOPLE BEWARE!! WHY WOULD A REPUTABLE COMPANY NOT EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES??? THIS SHOULD BE A CLUE UBER IS A SCAM BUSINESS!!!

I would like to send the bad experience I had with uber I had a passenger in sept that vomited in my car i contacted uber and they explained to me what i was supposed to do they instructed me to take pictures of the incident and take my car to get it cleaned i then proceeded to take my car to wash tub to get it cleaned i was told it was going to cost me $259.00 I told them ok and proceeded to get it cleaned I then sent the receipt and pictures to the uber they asked for and this happened in sept 1st 2024 and I had to keep calling for updates on when they were going to send me my money that I paid to have it cleaned so finally I was sent an email that the passenger paid the $259.00 so I was waiting for this refund but I didn’t receive 259.00 instead I received 25.00 dollars from uber oh I also forgot to tell you that at the time this happened I was approximately 100 miles from my home so I had to drive back with out a passenger because it was late at night and there was a very bad smell in my car.

I got charged for my meal on Uber Eats and the driver never arrived with my food. I called custom Service and all they could do is giving a $10 discount on my next order as if im going to order on ubereats again. My order was more than 20 dollars and thats all i get after paying for my food and service. This predatory tactics against the customers are unacceptable. Stop blaming the minimum wage for those ridiculous high cost. Customers are the people that pay for services and you try your best to rip them off, it’s crazy to me.

Uber has charged me for two other rides that I didn’t take! The customer service is terrible, they haven’t helped me out with this issue. It’s unacceptable

Uber is using immigrants to deliver food and drive us around. How long do you have to have a valid DL to work for uber?

Uber is a rip off they took 27.98 out of my account for a ride that was 10 minutes away and they’re lying about it. Don’t trust them they’re too expensive and they take too long to pick you up. I waited almost an hour for a ride that they charged me a lot of money for. The drivers canceled when they were two minutes away then you have to wait additional half an hour for another ride I went with Lyft they’re less expensive and they’re always on time and nicer. Uber drivers are very rude and so is the customer service they think they can rip you off and get away with it.

Giving one star is being too gracious. I ordered something and the estimated time was at 5pm. The driver was one minute away for over an hour and still is. I tried calling the driver no answer. I tried texting the driver same response. Tried getting a hold of customer support and they are having technical difficulties and can’t help me for 6-12 hours. Worst service ever!!!

I completed several deliveries, at the end of week the app showed how much I made for that week but the following week uber short changed me. I contacted uber support for two days got different answer every time and kept getting pass to another so called expert, long story short didn’t get paid and I got so frustrated I gave up. Will never drive for uber again. They pay enough and then they short changed you on top of that. There are other good companies out there

Ordered organic products specifically messaged a shopper saying please do not make any replacements and make sure they are organic. He wrote back said of course sure sure sure, my groceries and they were non-organic lol messaged to customer service spoke to a scammer named peranshu and he tells me I’m in eligible for a refund. I asked why three times and he wouldn’t tell me. So basically I paid for groceries. I didn’t want, never using them again.

Big let down. I ordered uber eats and was notified about my delivery driver and contact information. She refused my calls 5 times. Then when she finally answered, she (Sabrina) was very rude and just hung up on me. Then I got a notification that a different driver had my order. Of course my dinner was not even a little warm when it arrived. Too bad I can not actually call Uber.

I always use the cash out instant option Uber changes the cash out instant option to cash out weekly by removing the cash out instantly option I've called them I've emailed them I have text message to support my claim I have money on my account that I'm trying to cash out instantly but they change it without my permission to weekly and remove the cash out instantly option

One of your driver is very rude and fraud Taking extra money expect uber payment without dropping us on out destinations he is expecting money and we denied to give him money then he told us that he will do police complaint MH05- 0779 we have video of that person will mail if you want

I was on the support chat for 9 hrs straight and never resolved my issue. They kept ending my chat, and had re explained my issue to every single rep. They kept telling me to ask for support help when I sign in and kept explaining I can sign in. Just going in circles for the last week and haven't helped with my original problem of not being able to sign in. Plus getting weird emails asking me for my first 6 numbers of my credit card on file, another rep asking for the last 2 numbers. My email changed to an email I never provided. No actual working phone number to talk to a person, just horrible.

Charged me 4 times for 1 Uber trip, I contacted them with in 24 hours. They had a back and fourth with me about it waiting until a month had passed then claimed they could not refund because "I had contacted more 30 days later" which was clearly entirely untrue and made up. Not the real scenario so basically just refused to refund money they had stolen from my account.

I've used Uber many times, mostly for travel to/from the airport. Generally, my experience has been positive. Last week, however, I was shocked when I got my bill. I got charged for unanticipated tolls, booking charge and other questionable items. The charges are improper and certainly not unanticipated. When I asked Uber to explain these charges they did not. Instead they said the provided $0.41 to my wallet - what an insult. In addition, this was the second driver who did not help me with my luggage. I'm 80 years old and assumed I would get help. I was wrong.

They charged me a $25 cancellation fee despite my trying repeatedly to cancel the trip which was booked by mistake I will switch to Lyft
