This is wrong I had a wheel chairs way across town that needed to get home they have no support of getting a wheelchair driver for emergency to get across town that’s very unappreciative of Service but y’all want to get better it’s not going to work if you don’t have wheel accessible service at 11pm

Uber scams customers and their drivers out of money and time. Customers need to tip in cash otherwise the driver will only get $5 out of a $15 tip.

Uber is trash. They charged me an additional $11 plus a 2.99 trip charge for a $28 ride. I will never take them again. They want us to pay for all those lawsuits they got themselves in.

Uber driver canceled my request for NO reason, and he didn't even bother to call. No one showed up, but I'm being charged for canceling a trip I had no idea I did. It shows on the app the driver canceled, yet, uber refuses to refund my cancelation fee. There's absolutely no human being to talk to for customer services. Glad I only use their services once in a while, but I'll definitely look for other options whenever I need a cab!

They deactivated my account for the stupidest reason and won’t even look into what happened or rerun a background check even tho I know for a fact there was an mess up the people that do the background check even agree and Uber won’t do anything about it

There is NO way to reach out to Uber in writing to solve an issue! We will NEVER use Uber again! They are thieves and make it difficult to settle an issue!!

Uber drivers consistently discriminate against female physicians and when you contact uber they don't take any action, instead would listen to the drivers and decrease your rating. Reaching uber customer service takes zillion steps. Even once you do, they just copy paste company statements and policies and have no real human interactions. Very unprofessional service. I gave up on uber rides and now only do lyft. I was still using ubereats occasionally, now even that I would never do. I placed an order and notice the address was changed by uber based on location automation, so tried to cancel it within secs of ordering. I was directed to customer service who took 15 mins after connecting only to say they can neither cancel nor refund as the new address is not within the store's limits. Guess what he never even asked me the new address! So very unprofessional. Please don't use uber until they fix these issues.

They charged me $5.00 more than the agreed amount due to the restaurant not having accurate pricing for my order. Once i reached out to customer support, they refused to refund me for canceling. Mind you, I canceled within 30 seconds of my order because of how deceptive it was. They don't have a customer service phone number and their chat support is of no help. It's difficult to chat with someone and they purposely pass me off without answers. This company is terrible

I got a dangerous driver that was on his phone and came close to hitting 2 cars! They said my ride wasn't eligible for a refund instead they put $7 in my uber wallet! I didn't ask for you to find a way to keep the money in your company, I asked for a refund for getting a dangerous driver!!!!!! I have been trying to get a refund since the 18th of Oct. They continue to ignore me I literally haven't gotten a response for days now!! I'm deleting the app and downloading lyft they're cheaper anyway I'm so disappointed in your company please do better!!!!

Scammers who never deal with the issue. I'm sick of ordering and paying for food that I rarely recieve, and if aid do recieve it, it's always cold or wrong!. Uber holds no accountability, the lazy and RUDE drivers holds no accountability... so usually my family is left hungry and out of pocket. I hate this company with a passion! Even paying for a monthly subscription doesn't get you any better treatment! I've used uber one for 2 years and what a waste of money that has been!

Uber sucks I canceled a ride and they still charged me $6. I would not recommend the Uber experience for anybody. If you have a depend on Uber for a ride then maybe but if you don't have to I would not recommend it

The driver crashed into my wall and… The driver crashed into my wall and drove off, reported to the police and I am now taking court action, customer service is no use at all they deny everything however I have full CCTV footage. Make sure you take it all the way if they are in the wrong, and do not let them wear you down the BS, thanks Ian

Uber’s customer support is over seas and the representatives are RUDE!! They are not helpful and are in a hurry to get off the phone. Uber needs to do better. This is totally unacceptable.

Is the worst service I have in my life. The support team dance you around and everyone have a different answer for you and never a resolution. They made you believe that they have a solution for your situation, but not is to keep you there wandering what is next. If I can give them half the star that will be my rate for them.

Uber is a FRAUDULENT car share company! The things they charge you is really UNNECESSARY & OUTRAGEOUS! These are the charges: WAITING, RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, DISTANCE & TIME! On October 5th 2024 I requested Uber & price that I received & agreed was $43.29! After my ride was completed it was $72.40! Uber said the reason was trip was taking too long but what does that got to do with me? This is not my problem it’s the driver problem! K asked Uber to give me refund from difference of $72.40-$43.29= refund of $29.11 but they refused! Uber said I asked too much refund in the past! The reason is because Uber overcharged me! This isn’t first time Uber overcharged me. Don’t ever take Uber! This company needs to be shutdown PERMANENTLY so it won’t rip customers off! I’m disputing with my credit card company & if it doesn’t work then I will make a complaint to ATTORNEY GENERAL!

Uber is the worst company to work for they exploit the drivers and customers they charge over charge riders and pay drivers less as possible and make you drive the worst route to destination which are not efficient and comfortable smooth drive which customers prefer working for uber is like modern slavery their service is rubbish for drivers and riders they only care about filling their pockets and taking advantage of the drivers and customers.

Literally was charged twice for rides I never took, made one and cancelled it two seconds I made it and was charged a cancellation fee of THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Because I inconvenienced the driver that doesn’t even get the money from the cancellation nor had even started heading my way. Literally OVER $50 taken from my account in less than 2 days. I’m going to Lyft and DoorDash. Uber eats was garbage. They took over $200 on “ACCIDENT” then didn’t even refund my full amount back after saying they would and said they were gonna call to confirm. All of which I have on video THANKFULLY. Now this and they have no customer support so you can’t even get help. Yea, I’m done. HOPEFULLY the Uber I get tomorrow will actually be on time. Y’all can’t get the drivers here having me late almost every day. But can SURE charge my card for something I shouldn’t have been charged for anyway.
