“I got sent a bottle opener. I did not get any seeds”

“I’ve been buying seeds from Herbies since 2015. Delivery is always faster than I’d expect since they’re shipped from Europe to the U.S. Nearly every order has been delivered within a week. With the exception of the time FedEx lost my package. That wasn’t a big issue since Herbies guarantees delivery. I reached out to customer service about it and the new order was received the following week. Germination has never been an issue. Since my very first order I’ve had every seed sprout with the exception of 2 Granddaddy purple seeds that seemed under developed. They were a year old so I guess that could have been a factor. Though, I’ve had 5 year old seeds sprout with no problem before so I don’t think age was my issue. Overall I couldn’t be happier with Herbies. The customer service is amazing. They always seem to be knowledgeable and willing to help with growing questions. The deals, prices and bonuses can’t be beat. The only thing I wish were different is the bonuses seed variety. It’s nice that they’re free but I have an abundance of GG#4, Z and lemon haze seeds. I’ve planted at least one of each strain every grow. They’re great seeds as expected. They’ve always germinated and the finished product never disappoints. It’d be nice to be able to choose something different once in a while though. They’ve been the same strains for what seems like forever. Overall Herbies has had the best prices and deals and variety of strains that I’ve found. The genetics have always been consistent with every strain I’ve grown. I’ve tried quite a few different seed banks over the years and Herbies has always had the best service and seed quality. They always take care of your needs and never give the run around when there’s a problem with your seeds. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Herbies and I’ll likely never buy seeds from any other seed banks. As long as they don’t change anything to drastically, I’ll be a customer for life.”
