“Herbies is the rare business that spends more time on customer service than selling stuff. I was very happy with my second order. The only issue wasn't their fault. I live in Mexico, and the postal system does NOT do home delivery. Be sure to use their tracking system to avoid problems.”

“I am so happy to have found this company. I'm a new grower and I needed some beginner's advice. The few people I've spoken with were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. And there is endless reference material on the Herbies web site. Their follow up emails with advice on growing healthy, strong plants have really given me a lot of confidence. My first growing experience has been so much fun and so very satisfying. The variety and pricing of their seeds is the best I've seen, and no one else guarantees their products the way Herbies does. Don't look any further.”

“The company sent me auto flower seeds. Instead of photo period. Also sent me male seeds instead of female. Customer service would not back their quranty. I am completely unhappy with customer service. I will never order from Herbies again.”

The thing is that seeds and plants are a living biological material and it's impossible to guarantee a 100% female plant from even a feminized seed; the chances are about 97%. A plant's gender depends not only on genetics but also on the surrounding environment Also, we've checked a video of your order packaging process and cannot confirm that the wrong seeds were sent, as everything was packed correctly, according to the order content list That said, even though the situation is out of our guarantees, we've still made a compensation offer for you as we value you as a customer, and it's really regrettable you don't find it satisfactory Respectfully, Herbies
