“Their customer service and order support have always been phenomenal. Delivery has always been a smooth process for me. I had a problem with germination but order support was super helpful and sent me compensation for the seeds that did not germinate.”

“Amazing!!! I ordered on Thursday night I think it was and I got a nice little wine gift set and immediately like wtf but then I remembered they included a free gift and saw a QR code which I thought was really clever and nice gift to gift someone else, If you won't use it yourself. I followed germination video just to be sure they germinate and we will see in 24 hours if they ve sprouted. I put 2 grand mommy purp in to germ as well as 2 God's Glue. We shall see if they pop. I don't usually have much trouble with that but it does happen of course.”

“Got to admit was a little sceptical but the seeds arrived into Australia no problem. Have only put 1 seed down so far and outside, no problem with the seed coming up at all currently growing and about 4 foot tall.”

“Honestly, I thought I was done buying seeds, some places take your cash, give you a tracking number and vanish like a fart in a fan factory! NOT Herbies seeds, from start to finish the experience was A+ Not only are the staff amazing, the customer care and post sales is GREAT!! The guides are easy to understand and they’re also interactive! Don’t waste your time and money with other less reputable seed banks, set up your account and experience Herbies Seeds for yourself.”

“The first delivery was stolen from outside the house. I contacted them, and they sent a replacement. Customs stopped it, so they sent another, with no questions asked. Easy to deal with, super helpful, all seeds germinated, great articles and info to support you, 100 % genuine company.”
