“The first delivery was stolen from outside the house. I contacted them, and they sent a replacement. Customs stopped it, so they sent another, with no questions asked. Easy to deal with, super helpful, all seeds germinated, great articles and info to support you, 100 % genuine company.”

“There was an error on my order and the error was not Herbie‘s fault, but Mine. After a few chat conversations, I was emailed to resolve and for me I thought it was super fair. The arrow was mine. We work things out at I find them very reputable sincerely thank you”

“Well first bad experience got 3 autos not one germinated. Update got three autos only lost one not all three took 12 days to pop never had it take so long but I got my order in record time will do business with them again sorry herbies”
