“found the course very helpful and easy to under stand but the only thing that let me down was my internet was going off then coming back on but got there in the end with full marks”

“This seemed quite specialised in places. It would be good to understand before embarking on the training how long to allow for the training. It took longer than I expected.”

We do confirm an approximate course duration on our website however I will feed back to our content team that we have had feedback that you would like this to be visible within your account. Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete.
