“The training was really well presented and easy to follow it step by step. Lots of information but love the visual videos that were provided they were really helpful!”

“The actual assessment is fine but the preamble beforehand is not helpful for those who have done this many times. The process is very time consuming and should be allowed to speed up. Maybe not allowing further progression if not passing each mini assessment?”

The course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
