“This is an excellent course, well presented and very thorough. I found it much tougher this time as the course has been upgraded to also include the allergen awareness regulations making the modules longer. Even having previously done the Food Hygiene course 6 times and the Allergen Awareness once there was still plenty of new information to take in. I highly recommend this course and commend High Speed Training.”

“I enjoyed the content of the course, but would have liked further information on the types of permits used in industry, when and when not to issue them. I feel this should be covered in more detail and assessed more thoroughly to add more value to this course.”
