I order from the website it stated 3-5 working days, the items have still not arrived. I contacted customer services by telphone (at huge expense for the call). I was told that the website stated it was a 10 day delivery in my view at no point during the pruchae or delivery confirmation was this stated or I would have opted tyo collect from a store. The explination given was that the contract had changed from Post NL to DHL and Budbee and it was actually Budbee's fault for not delivering. I pointed out this was not the case and it was actually h&M resonpsability to ensure that the company could meet the capactity it agreed to. So I now have to wait 10 working days before I the delivery can be considered lost and I get a refund. In the meantime I have a 14 year old child wiating on warm winter hoodies in this weather.

Horrible customer service that will not help you. Ordered a jacket online for my doughter, waiting 10 days and they cant even give you any update nor refund. Toatlly useless. I will never ever order again online.

Good for nothing!!! Didn’t help me with anything, waste of time calling Customers Service! I had received a Gift Card as a present for my birthday in September 2022 from my 13 years old niece. When I tried to use it in October 2022 ( brand new gift card) in one of the shops H &M and the lady from the cash register told me that the gift card is expired when it was never used. The gift card PIN CODE was scratched by the cashier in the shop .This H & M gift cards are created for scamming people and of course customer service have done nothing to help.

Worst service in Regina Cornwall store. So I called 1855 no for customer service. Even worse. Cheap stuff with cheap people. Never going back there. I request everyone who is reading reviews don’t go there. It’s waste of money

Absolutely awful customer service. Have a disability that makes me use online shopping for years. This is my first bad review and my first and last time using h&m. Also notice my bad review on their website was not published, they seem to only post positive reviews. Am so sorry I did not check more objective reviews before I purchased from them. Hope this helps someone else.

TERRIBLE customer services. Still awaiting my refund from 23/6. No one seems to know what has happened and no one cares. Absolutely dreadful

Shameful company who couldn’t care less about your orders and if you get them or not! Do not use them as it’s more hassle than it’s worth go to a decent retailer that will actually care about you and your order! Clearly don’t want the business and allowing their postal company to dictate to them about who gets their orders and who don’t!!

H&M Newbury over charged me for a jumper. The girl asked me if I was paying in cash, I said yes. She told me it was £35 and so I paid not realising until later the receipt said £20! I went back to demand my money back but I had no proof and no one gave a monkeys. Called customer service, again, couldn't care less. AVOID H&M NEWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!

I bought two pairs of trousers, one pair wore through in a couple of moths, the other pair I tried to take back. I swapped them but had to pay £10 for trousers that were the same price. Realising I had been rooked, I tried to get a full refund they only refunded me the price of the original. Scammed me out of £10.

OMG went to H&M Cambridge 26/03/22. In the changing rooms it seemed there were a new starter and she were working hard . The other one she kept checking the changing area behind the curtain when ever a customer left she looked like a hunter never smiled the way she worked made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be visiting this store again .

Horrible... the worst!! Drove 30 minutes to the closest HM to return a pair of $18 pants and had the receipt and the pants with tickets on. They refused bc I did not have the credit card with me that I purchased them on! I said ok ...well there is a bar code at the bottom of receipt, don't you scan the barcode (like a million other stores do and don't need the card)?? NO. Ok, can I have a store credit then. "NO. We can't take them back!!" Never had such horrible and abusive service to return a pair of shitty $18 pants (quality was awful). WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BUT WILL DEF SHOP ZARA WHO ACTUALLY HAS GREAT PRODUCT AND A "CUSTOMER FIRST" RETURN POLICY. ps. The HM manager was awful too....just kept repeating "read the back of receipt". Thanks so much for the worst customer service I have ever received.

Only reason 1 star was given because you have to pick a star. Otherwise, it would have been zero star. Mall of America store is really bad for customer service. Went there in the evening and asked for assistance, which the staff didn't want to look for the item. Instead she told me they didn't have it, which was a lie because I walked around the store and I found it. Then I told the manager about it, which she didn't care either. I also asked the manager to see if there was a bigger size at other stores or online or even on the mannequin which she didn't even wanted to assist. Very inexperience or unmotivated workers there. Won't go back.

WCTH went wrong..haven't watched the show since HM pulled a bait and switch...they broke my heart...HM went another direction instead of family friendly TV which is what I thought they were

My friend and I come in today on Sunday we couldn’t reach the top because it was my friend went up to the till but she refused to help we wasn’t very happy with her we got learning disability I her to get warnings she can apologise if you haven’t got enough staff you should hired more stores I was actually disgusted with theirs attitude I was going to tell off I thought your staff were better then that I like Hm clothes it would be nice if people helped us it would be nice if they do their job properly Annette Wilders

Bad costumer service not helpful at all if you order something with the wrong address they will do nothing to help you even if it’s minutes later they will do nothing for you but make you jump hoops with ups!!!! We spend our hard earned money with your company you think you could have better customer service and better ways to help your paying Customers?
