It is hard to know where to start. I was sent a Julia printed top on 7/11/25 on Order number 18072556. When I opened the package I could see that the hook at the neck was sticking up and obviously broken. This indicated to me that no one had checked the garment before it was sent. I was told to return it using the enclosed label. This was missing so that was another thing that was not checked. I feel that I should have my original postage refunded as I should not have been sent a faulty garment. I have tried numerous ways to contact you since but no one is listening.

Hobbs is a bit pricey for me for day to day wear but when I want something of excellent quality for formal or smart social occasions this is where I shop.

Hobbs is my favourite shop, and if I can find the right fit, great. But it does not always fit. In particular trousers too fitted at the waist, more half elasticated back please. Your jeans are terrible! Again look at the fit. Quality though is really good, coats are gorgeous. Shoes are modern, suffer a little bit from EU sizing. I am a UK size 6, which often means EU 39 too small, EU 40 too big. Consider more 39.5 please. I love quality of the line tops and dresses. Would like to see some of retro designs back in, I can tell you my favourites.

Have purchased many items from Hobbs over the years and have always found the clothing of good quality. When I have had an occasion to return an item the refund has been prompt and without question.

I think that Hobbs quality cannot be faulted and I love that most of your shoes are leather lined. I was disappointed that a recent 25% discount offer only applied to the UK site and not the global one. Shipping was a little slow from point of order to dispatch and returns are very expensive from the ROI. I think you could do better on returns prices as it does not encourage sales, especially from the ROI, we are not a million miles away!

This is the second time I’ve bought this coat after losing weight and needing a smaller size. My original version had slightly different pockets, but the make, colour, quality, and length remain just as perfect. I still love it just as much! Red is my favourite colour, but finding the right shade is always a challenge—this one is spot on: not too bright, not too dark. I get soooooooo many compliments whenever I wear it. I have many Hobbs pieces, both formal and non formal style, and I would highly recommend the investment. I have yet to find a piece that I was not happy with. It is my favourite fashion brand and has been for many years.

Hobbs was let down by: The delivery. Box was just chucked on the front doorstep, bell not rung, no attempt to leave in requested safe place. Box split and wet. The return. Took the coats to Covent Garden store, one was refunded the other could not be found on the system so I had to take it home, pack it up, take it to the post office and now have to wait for my refund. Shop staff very helpful and polite.

Used to purchase lots of things from Hobbs, especially for work over several years and all seasons. Really a trustworthy brand although I find the casual ranges are a bit frumpy, old fashioned and overpriced.

I normally have no problem with Hobbs. I have shopped with you in store and on line for years and I have never been treated in such a patronising way. The assistant was just rude refusing to acknowledge that Hobbs might have made a mistake. She made me feel like I had made the mistake
