Hobbs seems to have become a bit of a 'go to' brand for me, as although not cheap they are always good quality clothes that fit well.

Had an issue with my first order, found it hard to phone Customer services, but use the chat on their home page which eventually helped me with my order as it never got dispatched and was out of stock which I never got notified about so I could get a refund . Eventually I found my size online by luck and managed to return the coat with no issue . Disappointed I never got the right size as it’s a beautiful coat .

I like Hobbs and their styles but clearly I will have to shop in store. Also the dress arrived badly packed so much even Evri had had to sellotape it together!

Hobbs is generally good but the last dress was a disappointment if I am honest had to lengthen dress , normally it is a good length and was caught out with no time to fix before I wore it . Frustrating I must say

Customer service Head Office is too elusive and cannot be easily contacted. "Delivery for collection at store" is unreliable, 3-5 working days became 9 working days, and I was told by the store that it must have been lost in transit. Then it turned up, just as I was about to cancel.

Took money for these two weeks ago still haven’t arrived. Said there was an investigation but no response. They don’t know where they are. I’ve asked for a refund and cancel the order as no person to talk to only the bolt on the website. Still Waiting for refund. Next step will be to report this to FCA. Dreadful service.
