“This was my first order from Hobbs, I used the 20% off offer, otherwise I would have scrolled past. I decided on the petite dress as although I am about an inch taller than the recommended height I wanted the dress to be midi length. It was just a bit too snug unfortunately. I went to one of the stores closest to us to return, but asked if they had a regular one in the same size in store to try, which they did. That was a better fit and I decided to keep the regular one. The team at the shop did the exchange and honoured the discount. The customer care from the shop assistants throughout was second to none.”

“The quality of Hobbs clothes is very good and usually flattering. I find they fit well generally and the sizing charts are accurate. My only criticism is that some items, but by no means all, arrive creased.”

“I was so surprised and delighted to receive thê dress on the day after the order - as I had requestsed but I never thought it would actually arrive! This made all the difference to me as the dress was urgently needed. And yes, it's a beautiful dress.”

“Some issues with another order, although dress was received eventually the lack of direct contact and having to wait for the reply to enquiries isnt the best customer outcome. However, this is no different to other online shopping experiences. As far as the Angelica dress goes though, the delivery process was good and also the returns of other sizes. It was also well packaged and wrapped in tissue paper too.”

“Can't say I love the dress or hate it as never received it. Somewhere between Hobbs ans Evri it went missing. After a week I contacted Hobbs to be told to return it! Impossible! Finally resolved via WhatsApp ans won't order online again back to buying in store only. Disappointed in service and had to keep complaining to get refunded”
