“Customer services will not respond to Whatsapp though they read message. Only respond to emails, promptly. I would have prefered no to refund faulty items but send new ones”

“I have visited Hobbs in Liverpool 1 and also ordered on line. Cannot praise quality of clothing and helpfulness of staff enough. I did have an issue when I paid for 24 hour delivery and item took almost 48 hours to arrive. However, I have been told that the full delivery fee of £5.95 will be refunded, without my asking for this. Well done.”
